Shipping & Purchasing Policies
All Canadian orders will be shipped by Canada Post or ICS Courier and all American orders will be shipped by US Post or UPS.
All orders are shipped via UPS or Parcel Post FOB Shannonville, ON. The Charges for freight and handling costs are based upon the weight and associated speed of delivery.
If another carrier is to be used please advise us with your order.
All orders are C.O.D unless payment is included or credit has been approved. All prices are quoted in dollars.

1ACTUAL DELIVERY TIMES MAY VARY. 2YOUR TOTAL CHARGE WILL BE THE MAXIMUM SHIPMENT CHARGE + (QUANTITY ORDERED X CHARGE PER UNIT). YOUR TOTAL SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE SUMMARIZED DURING CHECKOUT. **ORDERS THAT EXCEED A USPS FLAT RATE ENVELOPE WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE $9.85 FLAT RATE SHIPPING CHARGE. The maximum shipping and handling charge for any order is $9.85. This is a flat rate. Regardless of weight or number of items ordered you will only be charged the flat rate. The flat rate for S&H are for a basic service that is either regular Ground UPS or Priority USPS or Canada Post (for Canadian customers). Please allow 2-3 days for order processing. Then add on the number of days based on the requested shipping service. For example 2 days plus 2-3 days for Priority Mail means a total of 5 business days before your order will arrive.
